I love business, and I especially love helping entrepreneurs design and create businesses that work so they get access to the life they always dreamed of. I’ve discovered that most people who start a business want 3 things – (1) Freedom, (2) Financial Independence, and, (3) the satisfaction that comes from creating something they can be proud of.

ControllershipPLUS helps business owners by bringing impeccable integrity into their numbers so that they can trust them. We then bring systems to all aspects of their accounting functions and paper flows and this systematized approach starts to impact all areas of their business.

We then coach them using a powerful set of distinctions based on The 4 Ways To Grow and the reliable numbers that ground the business owner in reality. (Most businesses have numbers that do not reflect the true picture of the business and decisions are made without knowing the full business impact).

Quite simply put, we help you grow your business by maximizing your profits.

On a personal note, I love riding my motorcycle, travelling to Naxos Island in Greece every year, kayaking, hiking, and taking courses and reading books that have me continually grow as a person and as a business coach. I am very blessed to be married to an amazing, beautiful, powerful woman, Josanne, who travels with me, works along side me, and is my true soul mate.

Josanne Holland, MA, Business Coach

I have been leading workshops and Seminars in the area of business for the last 10 years. What particularly strikes me, coming from my background of communications, is the lack thereof inside of companies. To the detriment of listening for the employees and Managers as the most valuable contribution to the clients and customers. In our Team Advisory Board we’re hoisting that treasure such that a new found effectiveness can arise out of the ownership of their contribution.

This is just one of many tools that we have developed to lay the foundation for structures that work – and increase the profitability of the companies we work with. When the finances give the certainty to focus on what business owners do best, running their own companies with the strong support of their team, the freedom can re-emerge that we went into business for in the first place. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing that fire shine in the eyes of an owner who was resigned about where things were headed.

Even when my husband and I go on vacation we look for indications of what businesses work and which ones don’t. Whether it is a fitness Club, a restaurant, a service provider, a hotel – and I love Greece, kayaking, hiking, sharing books and reading with my husband. And bringing friends with us to show them what companies work!
